Emery Franklin - Talent To Spare

Emery Franklin has been represented by Gallery Fifty Six for over two years. His work has shown in the National Civil Rights Museum, and he has been featured on the WKNO-TV show 'Tennessee Crossroads'. Emery is currently represented by thirteen galleries across the United States.

Mariana De Marchi is one of Gallery Fifty Six's international artists. Currently, Mariana teaches the visual arts as well as create and show her own work in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mariana's strenghth is in her expressive portraits of 'people on the street'. She will surprise you with the items she draws into her pictures, like fish and lizards. Her subjects are thought provoking and her technical skills are astounding.

Mariana De Marchi from Argentina

Gallery Fifty Six has an extensive collection of art by Argentine artist Mariana De Marchi. Drawings, paintings, and original prints are available for purchase. Mariana is an artist and art educator in Buenos Aires. The gallery will present a special show of her work in Gallery C during the month of February. John Hood-Taylor

Come see what the Commercial Appeal was talking about in their review of John Hood-Taylor's 'Napkin Art', that was on exhibit at the P and H Cafe this past fall. John will display his napkin art in the upcoming show "New Talent: 2012" at Gallery Fifty Six, opening on January 6, 2011. The artist's reception will be from 5 to 8 PM. Each design is only $100.00, framed behind glass.
