Netherland Artist Rob Keller
was born and raised in Hilversum, the media town of the Netherlands. So it was a natural choice for him to become a pop singer. Together with his twin brother Hans, they pursued this dream and succeeded. For many years they were well known faces and voices on television and radio, at home and abroad.
With the groups CHIPS and NUMERO UNO (produced by Bolland & Bolland) they frequently went abroad, on tour. During many of these trips Rob felt the need to develop his other great passion, painting. He'd gone to school to become a graphic designer and had worked as an illustrator, before singing took over his professional life. So he started to take art classes, whenever he had some spare time between performances, to develop his skills as a painter.
Rob paints also on commission, mainly in acrylic on canvas. He's done a lot of large format, realistic and abstract ones. Phone +31 (0) 6 30201313
His website is http://www.robertkeller.nl/ is about his singing carreer with his twin brother, there are photos on it and their hits. They had big hits in Europe, even a number 1 hit!!!
HIs painting 'Elvis' will be published in the new book from Roger G. Taylor 'Elvis in Art'
