Paul Clarke - Eye on the Delta

all rights reserved
Paul Clarke, Memphis photographer, travels to the Delta on a regular basis to capture images of the vanishing South.  Clarke will drive several hundred miles to find just the right shot.  For him, the lighting is just as important as the images he photographs.  He is a master of composition who captures the 'essence of the scene' from the most telling angles.  Paul prints his own work on canvas using the finest inkjet digital pigment printing system.  This process reproduces the look of dye transfer prints, but the images last longer and are more stable than dye transfer material.
Paul Clarke, along with photographers Michael Whitaker and Mary Stubbs, will have an exhibition in Gallery C during the month of April.
Gallery Fifty Six has a large collection of photography by Paul Clarke.
